Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding Program

Bidders’ Conference

December 16, 2020 – 10:00 AM

The BSCC has announced the release of the Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding (CESF) Request for Applications (RFA).

This RFA makes $41,763,011 available to county governments to help respond to the coronavirus pandemic. Allowable projects and purchases include but are not limited to overtime, equipment (including law enforcement and medical personal protective equipment), hiring, supplies (such as gloves, masks, sanitizer), training, travel expenses (particularly related to the distribution of resources to the most impacted areas), and addressing the medical needs of inmates and detainees in state, local, and tribal prisons, jails, and detention centers.

This meeting will provide applicants an opportunity to ask questions concerning the current RFA and provide clarity on RFA instructions.

The CESF RFA can be viewed on the CESF Home Page
