TITLE 15, DIVISION 1, CHAPTER 1, SUBCHAPTER 6, CONSTRUCTION FINANCING PROGRAMS CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS BOARD OF STATE AND COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS TITLE 15. BOARD OF STATE AND COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS Pursuant to the authority granted by Government Code 15820.925, the Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) is providing 15-day notice of changes made to proposed regulation 1712.2 of Title 15, California Code of Regulations, which was subject of a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking published in the California Regulatory Notice Register on February 28, 2014. These changes are in response to inconsistencies between the regulation text and the BSCC’s original intent to reimburse moveable furnishings and equipment with state financing. All changes in the attached proposed text of the regulation are indicated with single strikeout and underline. The original text has previously been noticed to the public, with the exception of the following:

1. Section 1712.2(b)(1) was modified to include the phrase “costs for moveable equipment and moveable furnishings are also eligible for reimbursement. Reimbursable costs are”.
2. Section 1712.2(c)(3) was modified to remove the phrase “;moveable equipment and moveable furnishings”
