2022 Juvenile Titles 15 and 24 Regulations Revision: Secure Youth Treatment Facility Subcommittee
On November 2, 2022, the 2022 Juvenile Regulations Revision Executive Steering Committee (ESC) requested the creation of a Secure Youth Treatment Facilities (SYTF) Subcommittee to review regulations and propose changes specific to the operation, design, or construction of facilities that house SYTF populations. The BSCC is pleased to announce that the Secure Youth Treatment Facility (SYTF) Subcommittee will meet again on Friday, July 28, 2023, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the BSCC office in Sacramento, CA. Members of the public will also have the option to attend via Zoom. The meeting agenda and materials are forthcoming. Please check back for updates.

The BSCC is pleased to announce the Secure Youth Treatment Facility (SYTF) Subcommittee. The Subcommittee will review minimum standards in Titles 15 and 24 and create proposed revisions that address the operation, design, or construction of SYTF facilities. Subcommittee recommendations will be presented to the ESC for consideration and inclusion in their revision of juvenile regulations. The SYTF Subcommittee will meet on Friday, March 10, 2023, from 9:00am to 1:00pm at the BSCC office in Sacramento, CA.
