June 26, 2024 – Environmental Health Workgroup Meeting
The BSCC is pleased to announce the Environmental Health Workgroup, which will review minimum standards in Article 10, Article 11, and Article 12 of Title 15 Minimum Standards for Juvenile Facilities and work together to draft proposed revisions for ESC consideration.

September 14, 2023 – BSCC Seeking Subject Matter Workgroups
The Juvenile Titles 15 and 24 Regulations Revision ESC met on August 31, 2023, to review input and recommendations, and discuss issues that impact local juvenile detention facilities. The ESC agreed to convene the following subject matter workgroups to review regulations applicable to their subject matter areas, and provide recommendations for revisions for ESC’s consideration.
Individuals who would like to participate in a subject matter workgroup may submit their information to BSCC on the Subject Matter Workgroup Interest Form.
