- Compliance status of each facility with Title 15 and Title 24 Regulations;
- Effectiveness of corrections officer training through the BSCC Standards and Training for Corrections (STC) Division.
- Demographics of the populations that have been locally incarcerated.

Addendum to Community Corrections in California: A Report on the 2012-2014 Biennial Inspection Cycle
When the Board of State and Community Corrections filed the original report on December 30, 2014, all inspections were completed; however, some facilities were within the window to complete corrective actions.
The addendum contains a complete list of all non-compliant adult local detention facilities.
