ICDR Listening Sessions
The BSCC hosts listening sessions designed for community members to learn about the ICDR Division and share feedback, thoughts, and experiences with ICDR Director, Allison Ganter. Questions and comments may be sent to icdrpublic@bscc.ca.gov.

March 2026 Listening Session
The BSCC In-Custody Death Review Division (ICDR) invited community members to participate in a listening session to learn more about the Division’s work and to share feedback, perspectives, and experiences with ICDR leadership and special guest, BSCC Board Member Dr. Gena Castro-Rodriguez.
Dr. Castro-Rodriguez is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, educator, and thought leader with over 30 years of experience in mental health and trauma‑informed care. She has held multiple leadership roles in victim services and trauma recovery and now serves as an Associate Professor at the University of San Francisco.
